$36 Surcharge,
0-5000 $35 base rate
5001-50000 $2.25/1000 gallons; 50001-500000 $2/1000 gallons;
over 500001 $1.50/1000 gallons.
Sewer Rate $2.65/1000 based on water rate.

You can now pay your water/sewer billing on-line 24/7! No more late fees!!
It's easy - click on the "Online Bill Pay" link under Quick Links in the upper right corner. Create your member registration by using MUNICIPAL CODE: AlturaMN910. Enter your first, last name, and account number as it appears on your bill. You will need to provide your email address, create your Username and Password. It's not only easy but you have the convenience of paying your bill 24/7!
Reminder the bills are due the last day of the month!
